Welcome to Droppy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Droppy application ("App") operated by Droppy Technologies s.r.o. (Company ID: 21344957), located at Lidická 700/19, Veveří, 602 00 Brno ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Account

• When you register for an account with Droppy, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Use of the App

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the App.
• You must not use the App to transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

4. User-Generated Content

• You are responsible for any content (including photographs, messages, and location data) you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content").
• User Content must not include illegal, pornographic, or offensive material. Any User Content that violates this rule will be subject to removal, and offending accounts may be suspended or terminated.
• We reserve the right to remove or block access to any User Content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Droppy Technologies s.r.o.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content unless you have our explicit permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App or to Droppy Technologies s.r.o.

Droppy Technologies s.r.o. will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
